By giving us personal data, submitting a form, communicating with us, using our dashboard, engaging our services, or continuing to deal with us after this policy is made available, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for the purposes described in this policy and any related purposes notified to you.
You may withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to you, provide quotations, continue project work, maintain dashboard access, process payments, provide after-sales support, or comply with contractual and legal obligations.
You should ensure that personal data you give us is accurate, complete, and current. If you provide personal data about another person, you confirm that you have authority or consent to do so.

We may disclose personal data to our directors, employees, project managers, administrators, subcontractors, suppliers, delivery providers, installers, consultants, professional advisers, insurers, banks, payment providers, IT vendors, website providers, email providers, cloud hosting providers, Supabase, file storage providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, building management, managing agents, landlords, tenants, authorities, regulators, dispute-resolution bodies, and any party reasonably required for the purposes in this policy.
Third-party service providers may process or store data on our behalf. We require them to handle personal data reasonably and in line with applicable law where relevant, but their services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, systems, security practices, outages, and incidents.
We do not sell your personal data as a standalone product.
7. Customer Dashboard Notice
The WONE customer dashboard is provided as a project tracking and communication aid. Dashboard content may include project information, dates, status, phases, photos, attachments, notes, manager details, and other project-related data stored using Supabase and other service providers.
Dashboard information is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, incorrectly entered, or subject to later correction. It is not a substitute for your signed contract, written quotation, approved variation orders, invoices, receipts, statutory requirements, or direct written confirmation from your assigned WONE project manager.
If dashboard information appears wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent, you must contact the project manager assigned to your project. The assigned project manager or authorised WONE management has the final say on project status, scope, pricing, timelines, handover, defects, variations, and operational instructions, unless a signed contract or applicable law states otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, WONE excludes liability for losses arising from reliance on dashboard information, dashboard unavailability, third-party hosting failures, third-party security incidents, data entry errors, delays, omissions, or misinformation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Website Examples, Prices, And Contract Clarity Section
Any agreement, contract, quotation, pricing table, project sum, scope item, duration, timeline, material description, or example shown on this website, including the home page contract clarity section, is for illustration only.
Examples on the website are not offers, quotations, binding promises, guarantees, or representations that WONE will provide the same price, scope, materials, timeline, labour, discount, or terms for your project.
Actual pricing and scope depend on site conditions, measurements, access, property rules, materials, design choices, manpower, subcontractor availability, authority or building requirements, urgency, defects discovered, variations, and other project-specific factors. Only WONE's written quotation, signed contract, approved variation, invoice, receipt, or written confirmation from authorised WONE personnel is binding.
9. Advertising, Cookies, And Analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand visitor behaviour, measure campaigns, improve content, detect misuse, and show or measure advertisements.
Advertising platforms may use cookies or identifiers to show, limit, personalise, or measure advertisements. You may adjust your browser settings, device settings, or platform advertising preferences, but some website functions may not work properly if cookies are blocked.
If we send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number, we will handle such communications in accordance with applicable Do Not Call and marketing rules. You may opt out of marketing by contacting us or using any unsubscribe mechanism we provide.
10. Protection And Security
We take reasonable security steps to protect personal data in our possession or under our control, including administrative, technical, and operational measures appropriate to our business and the nature of the data.
No website, dashboard, email, cloud service, messaging service, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping dashboard login details confidential and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, interruption, or misuse caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party platforms, user negligence, compromised devices, weak passwords, phishing, malware, network attacks, or service-provider incidents.
11. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a suspected data breach affecting personal data in our possession or control, we will assess it and take steps that we consider reasonable and legally required, which may include containment, investigation, remedial action, notification to affected individuals, notification to regulators, and communication with relevant service providers.
Where a breach occurs within a third-party service provider's systems, that provider may be responsible for investigating and remediating its own systems. WONE will cooperate where reasonably required and legally applicable, but we do not accept liability for third-party systems or incidents beyond what Singapore law requires.
12. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes collected, business operations, project records, accounting, tax, warranty, defect management, legal, regulatory, insurance, dispute-resolution, security, and audit purposes.
We may retain copies in backups, archives, email records, logs, cloud systems, and third-party systems for a reasonable period. When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it, unless retention is permitted or required by law.
13. Transfers Outside Singapore
Our service providers, cloud platforms, communication tools, advertising platforms, analytics providers, or support providers may process, host, store, or access personal data outside Singapore.
Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act requires safeguards for overseas transfers, we will take steps that we consider reasonable and legally required, which may include contractual safeguards, service-provider due diligence, or relying on lawful transfer mechanisms.
14. Access, Correction, Deletion, And Questions
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or information about personal data that we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.
We may refuse, limit, or defer a request where permitted by law, including where disclosure would reveal another person's data, affect legal rights, compromise security, breach confidentiality, be disproportionate, or conflict with legal or business record obligations.
Requests to delete data may be limited where we need to retain information for contracts, project records, accounting, legal claims, safety, disputes, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
15. Minors
Our services are intended for adults who can engage renovation or contractor services. If you are under 18, you should use our website or provide personal data only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
16. Third-Party Links And Platforms
Our website, dashboard, messages, and advertisements may link to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, security, availability, or terms. You should review their own policies before using them.
17. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, WONE excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-business, loss-of-opportunity, loss-of-goodwill, loss-of-data, interruption, or reliance losses arising from this website, advertisements, enquiries, dashboard use, example documents, or privacy-related matters.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any part of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as legally possible.
18. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. The updated policy applies from the effective date stated on the page or, if no date is stated, from the date it is posted.
19. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Singapore law. Any dispute relating to this policy, the website, dashboard, or our handling of personal data is subject to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
